40% not refundable amount and once booking made, Cancellation charge will be 40% of total Billing.

Important Note :-
The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
In uttarakhand and any hill station the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e. : 1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
You can check all the hotels quoted by our executive if you want to change any hotels or upgrade service difference will be left, carefully check our confirmation if you want any change then update us within 7 days from the receiving confirmation voucher.
Changes are not possible at the last moment or at the time of check in; it depends on availability with additional charges.
We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees
If any amount committed on arrival, menaces all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.
No discount will be provided after confirmation.
Prepone and Postpone:-
If in case you wish to Prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail, We do not charge anything if the package is postpones/ propone, charges depend on hotels. Additional charges will be levied.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/transport and season/off-season time. (Do intimate us 10 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of the travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, packages can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

Advance Payment not Refundable
Standard Pick up & Drop would be either Airport/Railway Station only. Ie: In case of Pickup/Drop from any one of the hotels or any other address/Landmark, an additional charge will be made based on the distance there to and fro.
During the period of festivals/Peak Season/long Weekends time we might not be able to attend the pick up early in the morning. Please excuse me.
During Season & Peak Season, The cab will not be on Disposal Basis – vehicle will as per Itinerary only. Kindly co –operate with us
The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and an advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guests. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the difference.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of tickets and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such cases
In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is at the guest's discretion whether to take service or not.
Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of international travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
The check-in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and the number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss, any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road conditions.

Pleasure India Holidays hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any Jurisdiction of a country other than those where it is operating its offices for all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatever nature relating to any product including tour by Pleasure India Holidays, the court and tribunals in Delhi, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All tours are subject to laws, rules of the RBI/Govt of India.

During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Pleasure India Holidays cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtains for any reason.
