Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Srinagar
Arrive at the airport where our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, then relax and freshen up. Later, set out to visit the famous Mughal Gardens, including the Royal Spring of Chashm-e-Shahi, the beautiful Nishat Garden, also called the Garden of Pleasure, and the charming Shalimar Bagh, known as the abode of love. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful and romantic one-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Return to your houseboat for a delightful dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Srinagar - Pahalgam
After breakfast, begin your drive to Pahalgam, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. The route takes you past the ancient Awantipura Ruins and the famous saffron fields of Pampore. You will also make a short stop to visit the historic Martand Sun Temple, dedicated to the Sun God. Continue through stunning pine forests and peaceful village landscapes before arriving in Pahalgam, widely known as the “Valley of Shepherds.” Upon arrival, spend the next 4–5 hours discovering the natural beauty of the region, including Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, Chandanwari, and the scenic Lidder Valley, famous for its green meadows, forests, and river experiences. After a wonderful day, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Pahalgam - Gulmarg
After breakfast, set out for Gulmarg, a scenic drive of about four hours. On arrival, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax and freshen up. Later, head out for local sightseeing, with the famous Gondola ride being the highlight. Known as Asia’s highest and longest cable car project, it offers breathtaking views, and you can enjoy both stages at your own pace. Adventure lovers can also try skiing, with professional instructors available for hire. The ski-lift is another option for skiing or snowboarding from the hilltops. Gulmarg is also home to the world’s highest 18-hole golf course. After a wonderful day, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Gulmarg - Srinagar
After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. On arrival, visit the famous Shankaracharya Temple or the sacred Hazratbal Mosque. Later, explore a nearby handicrafts showroom showcasing traditional Kashmiri products such as exquisite jewelry, beautifully woven shawls, and hand-knotted silk carpets. After the day’s sightseeing, check in to your hotel in Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Srinagar - Sonmarg
After breakfast, set out for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, one of the most scenic drives from Srinagar. Along the way, stop at several beautiful viewpoints to enjoy the natural surroundings. Upon arrival in Sonmarg, situated at an altitude of 2,690 meters and famously known as the “Meadow of Gold,” take in its stunning landscapes. You may also opt for a horse ride to visit the Thajiwas Glacier, where snow can be seen throughout the year. Sonmarg is also popular as the Gateway to Ladakh. After a memorable day, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your destination.
